"Your Bullets Are Boring Me to Death" - What a Customer Actually Said

I was reviewing customer feedback for a pet supplies client when I came across this comment:
"Your product seems fine, but your bullets are boring me to death. I almost didn't buy because of it."
Ouch.
When we rewrote their bullets using our conversion formula, their sales jumped 27% in just two weeks—without changing anything else.
Most sellers write bullets that put people to sleep. They list features without explaining why anyone should care.
Here's the formula we used:
Start with the end benefit (what the customer ultimately wants)
Connect to the feature that delivers it
Add proof or specificity
Address a common objection
Before: "Made with premium stainless steel"
After: "Never worry about rust or corrosion thanks to marine-grade 304 stainless steel that withstands daily use for 10+ years, even in humid environments"
One outdoor gear client told me, "I thought our bullets were fine until we rewrote them. Sales went up 31% the next week."
